The kitchen overlooks into the diner / lounge so you will never miss any family time. The lounge has comfortable seating, TV (free sat and Netflix) and Wi-Fi access and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day enjoying the sea air. The dining table is the ideal spot for a full English breakfast or a board game with your loved ones.

 

Heading upstairs, the property offers two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom comprising of a shower over the bath and WC.

 

Outside and to the side of the property there is off-road parking for one car. You will also find a large enclosed decked patio with bespoke garden furniture, perfect to sit and enjoy a glass of wine on a warmer Sheringham evening.

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
